PONTCYSYLITE AQUADUCT
AQUADUCT The Aquaduct is quite spectacular but the wife is not happy with heights so the first time she hid in the loo.
I was driving and chatting to people walking over the aquaduct therefore bumping the sides. This sounds awful inside the boat. Since then she drives but only looks on the path side.
GOING INTO LLANGOLLEN
Entering the town involves several narrow parts that require you to check before proceeding. We always go in late May and it is reasonably quiet . Mooring is along side and a small basin. All mooring includes water and electricity. This is not free but £5 for overnight mooring.
